CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case of “no-shows”, a 75% charge of the service price will be required. Cancellations made after the 48 hour mark, a 55% charge of the service price will be applied. In the case of cancellation before the 48 hour window, a 15-25% charge of the service price will be applied, depending on each circumstance. Appointments booked more than 12 weeks in advance are subject to a 1-week cancellation window due to the high demand for these time slots. (Cancellations before 1-week recieve 30% charge, while cancellations after 1-week mark receive 55% charge) Please contact Hallie if you are in need of rescheduling your appointment due to illness, family emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, etc….Thank you. * Please note that all appointment deposits are non-refundable once the appointment has been scheduled.
